If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us @ contact@bijouxfabrice.com within 7 days of receipt of your item to obtain a Return Authorisation. No refund will be granted without a Return Authorization. Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition.
For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured delivery service. You will be notified by e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item for your refund (less any shipping costs) to post to your account.

For your protection, when shipping the item to us, please package it securely in a hard box and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured delivery service.
Please include a copy of the item receipt, a letter describing the repairs to be made, your return mailing address, your e-mail address and your phone number. Prior to beginning any work, we will contact you with an estimate of the time needed to complete your repair.
You will receive by e mail an estimate of the cost and the time needed to complete the repair.

You have a number for the regular, and your package is delivered for signature.

For France, the shipping cost 10€ TTC
For European Union and Switzerland, the shipping cost 15€ TTC
For European except European Union, USA, Canada, French Country d' Overseas 1, Maghred, the shipping cost 20€ TTC
For other country in the world and French Country d' Overseas 2, the shipping cost 30€ TTC
